    This one was a hit! Had many questions about this so I thought I would loop back in some Ground rules for the Lender/Supplier BDM of the month belt. Also, looks like we will need to do a referral partner of the month belt 😂😂Rules:✅ Must look after our LoanOptions.ai account.✅ Must return the belt before the end of the calendar month for it to be awarded to the next legend.✅ This is bragging rights only, there is no monetary prize for obvious reasons✅ The belt must be well kept and looked after✅ You must not wear it walking into any competitor offices ✅ This will be awarded to the BDMs that go above and beyond for our team.     Even if you're working through a broker and not directly with the seller, it's best to avoid relying on the broker to present your seller financing deal, as they may not fully understand its nuances. Instead, I always inquire with the broker about establishing direct communication with the seller to understand their needs better and discuss how the deal could be structured to benefit them.
